UK Returns & Exchanges

We understand you may choose to return your item for a different size/colour, or in very rare circumstances, for a refund.

We want to make this simple for you, we have a simple exchange or refund policy within 30 days of delivery.

> Simply let us know about your return - Email us at Info@finleyoriginal.com with basic detail (reason + exchange/refund) & we'll send you the return address to arrange postage to (we recommend using Evri)

> Ensure your item is unused and with hang tags.

> Please re-purpose original packaging where possible, otherwise use a strong mailing bag, box or envelope.

> Post back to the address we provide you with.

> Once we receive the return, we'll check it over & process the exchange/refund - Please allow 10 working days for the payment to process.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for return delivery charges, except when there's a fault with the item.
