Standard Delivery: £3.95

Express Delivery: £5.95

Free Standard Delivery on UK orders over £40 (excluding Northern Ireland).

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 working days after dispatch, while Express delivery usually arrives within 2–4 working days.

Please allow additional time during Bank Holidays and the Christmas period.

UK Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence.

If your Finley Original T-shirt isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.

  • Original hang tags must still be attached.

To start a return, simply email support@finleyoriginal.co.uk with your order number and let us know whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We'll send you the return address and simple instructions.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.

Free UK Returns (Mainland UK)

If you decide Finley Original isn't right for you, we'll make the process as simple as possible.

For eligible UK returns, we'll:

  • Refund the full value of your order, including your original Standard delivery charge.

  • Refund your return postage (up to £3.95) when your return has been processed.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed.
